Why VA Claims Insider?

VA Claims Insider

VA Claims Insider was created in 2016 as an option for Veterans who may need to obtain more medical evidence in the form of DBQs and Medical Nexus Letters so they can file their own winning VA disability claim (or work with an accredited VSO, claims agent, or attorney).

Brian Reese is the Founder and CEO of VA Claims Insider, who knew from his own filing experience that VA disability claims come down to medical evidence. Period. Today, we wanted to go through the benefits of joining the VA Claims Insider Membership Program and help you make your decision.

Now, we have a team of Veteran Coaches who help connect you with a team of licensed professionals, to include Psychologists and PA-C’s. Together, we have been able to help thousands of Veterans increase their VA disability rating (to what they deserve legally, morally, ethically, and medically) with our proprietary medical consulting process, and also includes access to the Elite Experience Portal (EEP), which is our library of $7,500 worth of high-value VA claim resources, video tutorials, digital downloads, tips, tricks, and lessons learned.

What makes VA Claims Insider unique?

We pride ourselves on being a company for Veterans, owed and run by Disabled Veterans. We know the pain of feeling stuck, frustrated, and alone, and we want to make this process as easy and painless as possible for you.

The medical team which VA Claims Insider contracts out to is a completely separate entity with the common goal of helping Veterans. When you pay fees for different documents, you pay it directly to them. We did this because the #1 reason why claims are denied is from lack of medical evidence and no clear service connection or NEXUS. The second reason we did this was to avoid any perceived or actual conflict of interest. Once you are ready for a DBQ and NEXUS, you will schedule a video consultant with a doctor, they will review your medical evidence and then do a full workup for you.

With VA Claims Insider, we have two different programs. First is the Elite Program where you work directly with a Veteran Coach to obtain the necessary medical evidence to win your VA disability claim. The other is the Mastery Program where you get the tools and the videos that we used for training to do it yourself. I will go through what the difference between the two is and which option is best for you.

Elite Membership Program

The VA Claims Insider Elite Membership Program is our most popular option because you don’t pay a penny to VA Claims Insider unless you win your VA claim AND get a higher rating. Maybe you have filed your claim on your own or with a VSO a couple of times and still, are not at the rating you deserve. You are frustrated with the process and don’t know how to service connect your VA disabilities. Chances are you’re stuck, frustrated, and underrated, and you probably need more medical evidence!

After going through our intake process, you will receive an email from one of our Veteran Coaches within 96 hours. They will conduct a group strategy session, which includes a referral to a team of vetted independent medical professionals. This will be anything from DBQ’s, NEXUS letters, preparing for your C&P exam, Buddy Letters, reviewing your medical records, and directing you back to the Elite Experience Portal (EEP) so you can prepare and file your own winning VA disability claim.

Our Veteran Coaches DO NOT prepare or file your claim for you. They also do not have power of attorney. They operate as expert coaches to direct you to the necessary resources inside the VA Claims Insider Elite program. Have questions about the role of the Veteran Coaches? Send us a message on Facebook or Instagram.

With the Elite program, you also get access to our Insider’s Facebook group where you can ask questions any time of the day and meet other Veterans. Our mastermind Facebook group is full of valuable information for you and your family, the ability to connect with Brian and all the Veteran Coaches, and a community of other Veterans who are currently filing for an increase or have worked with us in the past.

Payment

There have been many misconceptions about how much services through VA Claims Insider cost. First off, there are Veterans who have filed with a VSO and have received the claim rating they deserve which is awesome! We are in the business of helping Veterans, whichever way that may come!

However, the majority of Veterans we have talked to, unfortunately, receive little guidance on submitting and never hear from their VSO. The reality is that too many of the people working at the VA are overworked and under-compensated. In fact, recently we have had VSO’s who will refer Veterans to our service.

When working with VA Claims Insider, you do not pay us before you submit your claim. You NEVER EVER pay for access to our resources of software to create various VA disability claim forms. All these resources are provided free of charge to our members. The fees owed at the end are for access to the VA Claims Insider Elite membership program, which includes discounted access to our team of vetted independent medical professionals.

If you decide not to go through with a claim increase or you do not receive an increase in your rating, you pay us nothing. Once the veteran wins their claim, the math is done for our fees or the increase for (6X) amount won. Say the veteran goes from $1,000 a month to $2,000, the increase is $1,000. This increase, times 6, puts his cost at 6k that he owes us. Now the veteran has the option to pay it in a lump sum, which some of our clients do if they have sizeable backpay or the means to pay that, with 10% off the total.

While others choose to pay it off over 10 or 12 months, the option to pay happens at the end. Additionally, this is interest-free compensation. The money that you earn will not be taxed, and it can help to change your life.

We do not take a dime until you get your increase. It is free to sign up with us, and you don’t pay until the end

How our process works

Once you sign up through our easy, three-step intake form, one of our veterans will contact you within 96 hours to begin discussing what you need. If you have your medical records, go ahead and get those ready for the medical team. However, if you no longer have access to them, we can still work with you. The Veteran Coach will also explain the process and benefits of DBQ’s, NEXUS letters, buddy letters, and your C&P exam.
